You move on from: 1. Jake because he's not productive (9 tackles this year in 18 games), isn't cheap. 2. Kyrie Wilson because he's older, you have two young Canadian linebackers who need time and he's solid but not an all-star. 3. Kolo-He's the worst center in the CFL. 4. Streveler-Injuries have taken a toll. 5. Schoen-See above. 6. Mitchell and Logan-Signings that didn't work out. Then you need to have serious discussions about: 1. Jefferson-I don't think he's worth 200k. I think he's on the decline. I don't buy the lack of production entirely being about scheme. Now if he was on a cheaper contract and you knew he was going to rotate, maybe he's back. 2. Vaughters-Not sure he's worth 165,000. Honestly I think you need to move on from at least one of Vaughters and Jefferson. 3. The secondary. Holm, Nichols and Kramdi all made between $140,000 and $150,000. I don't think you can afford to spend some much on the secondary. Not sure who you let go. Parker given his injury history and inconsistent performance likely needs to be moved on from. 4.
