Who was Milts WR coach? For people who really have a hard time understanding how important position coaches experience is...who was Milts WR coach and how did he get Milt to do all the things he did? Who was Charlies RB coach? He must have been able to cut like him right? It goes on and on. Yeah I get not wanting teams to pay rookies a crazy amount before they've done anything....but i think a system where each team can allocate up to$200k for a rookie would be a good start.
