Yeah he's (seemingly) trying to be an edgy american style commentor. His takes aren't ground breaking at all and it seems to be getting some traction in terms of engagement online. I think it's a calculated move by TSN/CFL. We'll see how it pays off.

It seemed like both Nielsen and Glen were exceptionally bad last night. Suitor multiple times obviously. The one that stuck out was saying if Shehans punt went out of bounds it would be a penalty....even though it bounced half a dozen times before he mentioned that. And Nielsen talking how because the onside kick was touched by schoen it was now a "live ball". It felt like I was saying, wtf are you talking about? Way too many times while listening to those two.

Watching the replay during the game. I said it looked like Demski accelerated when he spotted the ball and then realized it was going to be short. So maybe there's something too it.

The lack of pressure on Streveler could have had more to do with his ability to run. Dline has to contain him. Collaros, not so much. They know they can go after him and force mistakes. Im willing to let the season play out. But last night made me question (even more) the offer of a contract extension before the season started.

lol. Once again. Context seems to escape you. Yes people were talking about Strevelers ability to throw and using 2018 as an example. Not because that showed he could win against BC. But because it showed he can throw in the CFL. Nick Arbuckle threw for 252 yrds 2tds and 2ints in the grey cup. He did not dominate anything. He game managed his way through that GC, which is exactly what he needed to do. His Defense dominated. Masoli has played 1 qtr against this team. His work specifically against the Bombers in 2022 is pointless. Not only does he not play for the team he had limited "success" with against the bombers, the Defensive scheme the Bombers use now is different. Masoli has shown he can throw in the CFL. He has not shown any kind of ability to dominate or even win against the 2025 Blue Bombers with limited playing time.

I don't remember him playing against the Bombers since his last two major injuries. Either way he hasn't played against this specific defense or had to go toe to toe with this Offense. Past performances from years ago are not a great measuring tool. Last week his arm strength outside of one or two throws looked off. He missed a wide open sure TD and threw an absolutely brutal int. I went and looked at the stats and it's laughable what you're using lol. He hasn't started a game against the Bombers since 2022!!!! lol. wtf are we even talking about here? Yes he put up over 300 yards in both games (back to back to start the year). He went 0-2 in the win loss columns. And 1-1 in the TD-INT columns. 2 games....lots of yards 1 TD.
