That's what I've been thinking. I don't know why they continue to hold on to him...I guess at this time of year it doesn't matter too much. Ideally you'd like to have someone familiar with the system. But he was given an opportunity, then replaced by another PR player. And then when an opportunity came up again, had another PR player who has been here for less time step in. After Washington came in and showed he could produce a bit. I would have said thanks but on your way Lankford. And then brought in another prospect.

I have no idea. I also have no idea why you'd want to stick on a practice roster for so long.

Adams needs to pick it up. His last few games have been bad. Dropped balls, missed blocks, lazy route running. All things I remember being an issue earlier in his career. Hopefully he can turn it around and show us more of 2017 Darvin.

I do recall Collins saying something like that. I can't find a quote or anything. But he had mentioned it as a bit of a wake up call.

Not sure about that. Dressler still gets my vote, but he may be an improvement (assuming he can bring the same stuff to the table as his previous CFL stint) over this years version of Darvin Adams. He'd also be better then Lankford. Not sure why/how he's been able to stick on this team for so long.

It's situations like this, I wish the management was more open. I'd like to know the reasoning behind not having interest. At least then we could make some sense of it.

That honestly annoys me a bit. Especially when you look at who the Bombers currently have on the PR. and the effort levels or lack their of, of the "#1" receiver on this team.

Do you think if that was the case, they would be calling the same plays that were called? You said it yourself, they were playing it safe for a large part of that game. Had they needed to press...say they were stuck in their own endzone and needed a drive to flip the field, do you think they could have? Oh wait...

To be fair, their ST has been brutal for a few years now. Surprised he held on to the job for almost 3 years.

I hope Johnny can get it done. But that Oline is pure trash. I'm predicting at least 6 sacks today for ssk...

I dont know. I would be very surprised if Wpg and Ssk didnt win more then 1 game down the stretch.

It comes from a few different things. Everyone on d is on the same page. Hall is likely calling a few new schemes as well. Play books evolve during a season, not in a completely new direction...but just adding a few wrinkles here and there. And those can make all the difference. And sometimes you just catch a team on a downward spiral and take advantage.

The way Edm is playing, and the injuries on O. They could have a hard time finding more then 1 win for the rest of the year.
