You have to take the circumstances into consideration I think. It's not like he was there for Camp and could learn the offence. First pro start, in a new league to him with new rules etc, barely any time to even get to know his team mates etc. That's impressive if you ask me. And it was pouring rain for a good portion of that game I believe.

Not really if you consider everything. Lawler beat up a secondary missing key guys. Evans is a true rookie who had what, 2 weeks of CFL practice maybe? And he put up pretty decent stats in his 1st ever start which also resulted in a W. I think a case could be made for both guys.

I dont know why people are talking about bringing in receivers etc. Lawler is going to miss one game. We have the replacements in house already. Tyrrell will likely start in place of Wolly.

I'm still not sure we've seen the true start of the 4th wave. We are always months behind. I'm thinking if we can keep things under control to November we will have a much better idea of where we stand.

I agree, not sold on Lynch at all. Though I'll give him a break as I haven't seen him play in the CFL. It would be insane to sub CF for him at this point.
