Well we have a back up for Oliveira already in Augustine...and remember they drafted Borsa (Back to school). So it looks like the plan is to keep the RB a National....for now anyways.

Exactly. The Jets only control so much especially with the untouchable and constant "Next Year" Stanley Cup Champion Leafs playing on the same day. This schedule mix up doesn't bother me at all. The Bomber game is going to be way more fun and the Jets still have dozens of home games left. Like Noeller said, easy choice.

I agree...though it being a mandate from the government blurs that line a bit. Wilder said something like "...because we brought politics into our sport..." like it was something new. I was just pointing out all the other times politics has been a part of it and he never had any issues then.

You can't win with those types. If something bad happens, it's Gods will....if they don't want to listen to the Government it's because you can't be of this world and a Christian. If they WANT to follow the Government it's because God picks the leaders. If the community around them is upset with them it's because they are fighting against an evil society etc etc etc. I was never a far-right christian. But I was a christian at one point in time and I know all to well how they will use the Bible to justify any position they take.

Someone pointed out, that when it came to BLM etc he didnt have any issues with politics being in sports....can also add the Truth and reconciliation events (warm up jerseys), the Diversity matters campaign and land acknowledgements before games. I could see the Bombers sticking with the current line up for this game. The team is always focused on going 1-0...Oshea always says they want to go with the guys that give them the best opportunity to do that. Saturday our Mourtada gives them the best chance to go 1-0.

Watch it again, you can see he takes a but of an awkward step just before the endzone and before the DB hits him he is reaching for his knee....the db didn't help but it was a non contact injury.
