I like how Walters said that the most important aspects of a CFL team in order are QB, Canadian talent and basically everything else. Why couldn't Mack see this? Also like how he is leaving coaching decisions to the coaches....thats a wierd strategy!

Not unless he hurt himself on vacation..... Does any team have an extra QB or Canuck olinemen they are willing to trade and need help in the kicking department? Is there a trade a loomin?

Renaud is tied with Maver for highest punting avg in the league at 45yrds. He does struggle at times on placement i will say that. Palardy is one of the most consistant FG kickers we have had in a long time. I thought our kickers were actually pretty good this year. Did they sign him just for kickoffs?? Has any team ever had 3 kickers do three different jobs?

Ummm if they win they will be 2-5 and in second place That of course if Sask beats down Montreal which they should...

As Lawless pointed out this morning Tim never said that Goltz was the starter for the rest of the season. He used the word "He will be the starter going forward". I still don't agree with it though!

All I can think of when I hear Sampson is from the classic movie Half Baked and Sir smoke a lot... "*****! You know what I want! Hahahahaha! I wanna talk to Samson! So when Max Hall fails to impress the fans/media etc. who do we go to then? When will they realize it's not the QB? If they are bringing in MB then why not see what he can do with Goltz for 4 or 5 games then go to Hall for 4-5 and evaluate equally. All this is going to do is make Goltz lose any of his confidence that he may have built and it makes the team wonder WTF are these guys doing.... This is getting beyond embarrasing!

Honestly. I think they need a coach and OC. It's odd that since Glenn we haven't be able to groom a single QB out of the what 20 we have brought in. Not one of those guys was any good? Are we just that bad at finding QBs or are they not coached properly? Teams like Calgary and Toronto just magically find guys who come in with a month of CFL experience and walk all over us? The difference being Toronto and Calgary have good coaches, a QB coach and an OC that can find them a successful game plan. Lets start with a new OC and a QB coach before ditching another prospect in Goltz.

He's buck 2.0. He can't stay healthy and is a me first kind guy. I'm sure they can do better.

Who wouldn't???? You work for a year, get canned and make $200,000+ for the next two year to sit on the beach sippin cocktails! Tell me you wouldn't want that!
