I thought that DDP Yoga helped turn Hall around, it's unfortunate.

Just watched the Justin Credible drunk in the ring video.... very sad stuff. I also read that Hall has relapsed... that also sucks.

XFL had some entertaining aspects to the game... the opening scramble was dumb and the WWE influenced sideline stuff was ridiculous also. If you want a good watch youtube search wrestlelamia xfl .... they have a couple of videos that really go over the xfl and show why it flopped in the end.

Wow only 8500? I wonder if the number was down because of the time of the year, because of the dull showing from the last show, or because interest in the UFC is fading? The card had some decent names on it... On the tv you could hear the corner for Bamgbose telling him to push the action and to stop being so passive.... the moment he listened to his corner he gets clipped and then a massive knee to the face...

The distance isn't that bad , it's a 15 minute drive from downtown (I know because I did the drive a few times) , it's the lack of anyone being a dedicated fan. Everybody is a Leafs fan on the Ottawa side and a Habs fan on the Gatineau side.

From the shoot interviews I've listened to it sounded like the Z-man was kind of a headcase and post wrestling he was really bitter.

Did anyone go? I watched it on my computer and the crowd seemed pretty quiet for the most part. The fights were definitely way more entertaining then the last time they came. I think the only disappointment was Cirkunov having a terrible ground game and little to no heart... the guy won't be winning any belts any time soon. My favorite fight was probably Stewart and Marquez and maybe Taleb's beautiful knockout... all around it was a great night of fights.

The problem is that so many of the people in Ottawa are fans of the Leafs and the Habs... they did not do a good job of getting the youth to be interested in the Sens....

He made the smart move of not trading away his draft choices... not a hard act to follow after Taman. My original comment merely pointed out that he's made the same mistake a few times by choosing guys that had small chances of making it in the league with higher draft picks.

Do we have an extra pick this year to waste on a white Canadian receiver out of Saskatchewan or an undersized DB who can't make it out of training camp??

This trade is a win-win-win trade..... Edmonton gets a great prospect for a guy they were going to lose.... Toronto gets a QB for the future that is not damaged and who can learn from the best with Ray..... I win because I get to laugh at the Riders losing out on the guy they were certain to acquire....

Don't forget the love of random guys for the draft that nobody has a clue about that WE MUST trade up to get... these guys tend to never pan out and the people who loved them from the start will never admit they were wrong.

Washington at least knows the game... it's guys like Count Chocula back in the day with Toronto and other no names with zero experience in the league which would be the dollar store hires IMO. Maybe Khari Jones finally gets his chance in Montreal?

I think it's a no brainer to move up the season. The increase of attendance from fair-weather fans alone is a good enough reason to move it up. For every 1 person who loves to watch a game in the snow... I am sure their are a dozen people who don't even consider going because they don't want to freeze in the stands.

I tuned out after the first 2 goals... both of those goals were all on Comrie. I'm guessing big league nerves got the best of him.
