  1. Makes plays inside the box, but he needs to do more than that
  2. I know I'm channeling Spuds level optimism but I still think we win.
  3. I don't know i like a come from behind win now and then... just didn't expect it would be the Elks
  4. Graze a qbs helmet with your pinky its roughing, drop 300lb of human refrigerator on a qb head its fine okay 👌
  5. Need some traction soon but I'm not shaken yet, tons of time left
  6. Alexander getting scraped off the field after that block
  7. What exactly does pushing pro-abortion look like? Does it involve violently bloody billboards and mobs screaming at frightened teenagers as they walk into a clinic? I'm a mid-eighties baby. We waited til Grade 5 to start talking about sex-ed and honestly I think it was a bit too late to get ahead of some problematic thinking... case in point, we were all calling eachother faggots every 10 minutes without even knowing what it meant. That was quite a while ago now. I'm sure kids could handle 'the talk' happening earlier than 5th grade. How early though I have no idea. Literally every single Conservative MP voted YEA on bill C311 which would have the potential to bring criminal charges against abortion providers. The entire conservative party, as evidenced by their actions, support clamping down on abortion rights. https://www.ourcommons.ca/Members/en/votes/44/1/377?view=party
  8. If I'm a knob gobbler for putting my faith in our coach and am in turn rewarded with a 5 score win then frankly I'll slap on some knee-pads every week and polish that big ol' wrench with a smile on my face 🥵 It's called being ride-or-die haha, a real team player Is there room to improve? Hell yeah... and that should be a scary notion to other teams.
  9. If we just make ourselves look big they'll go away, they are more scared of us than they are of them
  10. Great pregame show this week by Bauming and Walby
  11. redblacks reloading as they heat up
  12. Eli signed a 3 year contract this year, I think that says a lot about expectations for him. It's literally only a matter of time before he gets the start
  13. I liked when he was supposed to BAMF his way 15 fifteen feet back and to the left like an X-Man to 'do more on the play' never mind the guy he was already blocking, not like that guy was after Zach or anything.
  14. Oh **** it is? Then why do I have to download all these pdfs to get stats? Like we've gone back in time
  15. Davis has been one of the best defenders in the league and made some remarkable plays from his position, I seem to recall a leaping one-handed INT maybe in 2019? I wonder if this had to do with him not reporting for training camp, bad blood maybe? Only speculation on my part
  16. Yes I'm sure you're right, a good example of a bad play in a game we lost. I'm certainly not suggesting he's been perfect or even great, only that he's not caving in constantly and being blown up all the time like it's been suggested. He's been beat, sure. So has perennial all-star and among the greatest OL of all time Stanley Bryant. So has Neufeld. So has Yoshi. Gray is now riding the pine. Maybe Eli doesn't make the same mistakes, maybe he doesn't draw flags and calls perfect protection schemes, maybe we'll even find out soon... whatever makes us a better team I'm all for it. Though, if I were a betting man I'd say Kola holds onto his starting spot out of the bye, same way I said he'd hold onto his starting position in the off-season and throughout camp. Is it the right call? Who can really say, other than we're 5-2 and near the top of the league in offense, our starting QB and RB are class of the league and that they don't do it all on their own
