  1. O'Shea said this was the best receiver crop they've brought into camp. Maybe we're starting to see that. Not everyone can be a Dalton Schoen and start producing from day 1.
  2. I agree they are really good...and at times they are relied on to cover for way longer than they should be. They still have some work to do. But often the break in coverage is Kramdi or Alexander.
  3. Happy to say I was wrong about Collaros' ability to be successful behind this o line - to an extent anyways. He chose a new BFF receiver and that seemed to help a lot.
  4. Bro it was bound to happen with us kicking field goals from Grand Forks range..
  5. Literally no reason to think Collaros can succeed with this o line. He's seeing ghosts. He's getting killed. Our run game is non existent without Strev
  6. No penalty as per the league memo
  7. I'm going to get more fantasy points from last week's highlights than I'm going to get from this Montreal team today.
  8. Seems like the O-Line is gelling a bit more now and doing what it takes to protect the QB for the extra second. I can see Collaros having a good game this Friday. If he doesn't then I'm on the Collaros Is Cooked bandwagon.
  9. Offsetting penalties would have given us an opportunity for a first down and the league can't have that.
  10. Depth chart looks okay as far as depth at each position group. Sure, we're still a far reach from how good we could be...but at least the newer guys have had some games to get their feet under them. Josh Johnson and Ontaria Wilson have shown glimpses as to why they are in the starting lineup. Fayad has given our D-Line a boost and allowed Adams to play more of an inside role. All we need is a proper gameplan and for Strev to come out of the gate with some consistency and we could win this game.
  11. Yep. I hated the result but I was so ******* excited to see our offensive players getting touches and making plays.
  12. Love it. Has the ability to return and was looking like the most promising new receiver in TC in my eyes. Actually kind of forgot about him to this point. Note that I absolutely think Chris Smith is our best option at returner still. But I would be lining this guy up beside him on kickoffs.
  13. Man once Strev got going and his feet weren't stuck in cement and he remembered how to be a cfl (and not NFL) QB he looked way more capable than Collaros. Suddenly receivers who are getting paid to catch the ball are given an opportunity to do so. The result sucks. The INT sucks. But there were some bright spots that game
  14. Refs went in at the half and were berated by the league for not being hard enough on the Bombers
  15. What the actual ****
  16. Hometown reffing apparent this game
  17. I for one would like to see "Hawk" Tui Eli get in the starting lineup.
  18. The only way this makes sense is if Alston was hurt as the reason that they cut him. Or maybe they just need a guy that is super comfortable with the playbook at this point. 😕
  19. Good to see our offense come around a bit, just to see us a couple more injuries making future games that much more difficult to win. What a brutal start to the season. Jamal Parker goes down, maybe not a big deal, still lots to like about our defense. Huge loss with Lawson - dude was going to be a huge part of our d-line. Wow Garbutt looks good but doesn't make it to game 1. Alright so we carry on. Then down goes Haba and Fox. Then Nichols. Goodness gracious I must be missing someone too. Maybe our offense can mask our problems. Nope, Oliveira is not ready for the season. Our o-line is out of sync. Lawler gets hurt. Collaros is also not at his best. Now Schoen is hurt too? Not saying the coaching an personnel decisions are without fault. But when you put it all together I'm surprised we were close the last 2 games.
  20. Hollins celebrating at the end of the game like they won the western final. Throwing his helmet and everything. What a joke
  21. Our d line is a joke
  22. Really cool but I feel like it's just a stepping stone to displaying prop bets and other gambling related features on the screen. And im simply not a fan.
  23. Adams, Woods at DT. Fayad, Jefferson at DE. Any way we can be hopeful for Garbutt to be back soon? If so that D Line would be good.
