I wonder if Darren Grainger is getting a reasonable opportunity to unseat Terry Wilson as the 3rd string QB going into the season. With Collaros and Strev out he should get his fair share of snaps.

No surprises there. Adams stands out as the guy that led our team in receiving yards in preseason. But that doesn't really mean much.

I think you'd have to be watching very closely to figure out who has the inside track to take that last receiver position. They are pretty much trying everyone. The other day it was Ronnie Blackmon

I guess Wilson has officially won the job as #3 (for the mean time). Now they have a new QB to start evaluating and taking reps. Interesting that the other adds are defensive linemen

Kody Case sure seems like one of those guys that can be "multiple" on offense...playing Demskis spot. Liked his returns in Sask too.

@DTonOB noted on Twitter that Josh Johnson was working with the 1s yesterday too. That kind of came out of left field for me.

Fair points for not keeping 3 QBs on the AR. You could replace the 3rd QB with a Canadian or Global player. Might be a good call if the 3rd QB isn't going to be doing anything.

Isn't the active roster built for 3 QBs though? It would be 3 on AR and 1 on PR

Sucks for Lawson but not particularly concerned unless it's long term. We need to be good at the end of the year and we are still a great team that will win football games.

Fair points on Barriere. I was definitely on the cut-him-train. But I think it's more reasonable to think that we should keep a QB on the PR and potentially not give up on a guy that seems to have a lot of special skills and just takes longer to learn the game.

Noticed this as well. Sask kept a balanced attack all game. We didn't run the ball and also didn't throw the ball past 10 yards. Made it really easy on the Sask defense honestly

Sounds like we have more than enough good Canadian boys to play the guard/center positions. Anyone watch our OT prospects?

Don't forget Batman with a bunch of catches and a fumble (to be fair that was an awkward play)
