This. I never once got the sense that the on-field product was the most important thing for the club this year. It felt like as long as we're still selling out, we're fine even though there were a number of things that could have been corrected in-season (Hogan being the most glaring example). I've never once debated renewing my season tickets until this season and I'm still on the fence. Most (if not all) of the people here have sat through terrible seasons before so it's not about only supporting the team when they are winning or expecting to be in GC every year but at least give me the impression you realize the team isn't good enough and are actively trying to get better. I'm glad the club is doing well financially and all the work they have put into the gameday atmosphere is paying off but that doesn't mean a whole lot to me - I come for the football, not the Rum Hut. The Riders winning here was just the cherry on a s**t sundae of a season.

Guys like BLM, ZC & Harris are winding their careers down so there will be openings in the next year or two. Might be an opportunity for the next generation of QB's to step up - not sure who that would be though.

If I'm Powell's agent, I'm waiting to see what FA offers he can get. I'm sure they are a few teams who would like to bring him in.
