I've completely given up trying to figure out what the NFL wants when it comes to signing CFL/XFL/USFL players. Guys who deserve a chance, don't get one while guys who have done relatively little get picked up. I feel bad for the players who have earned it but at the same time, the NFL's loss is our gain.

CFL Week and Bauming already said no to that. One tweet I saw was guessing a Docu-Series. The Argos & Ticats already had something similar (Rivalries: The QEW Series) so I'd be interested in more of that, especially if the next one focused on the Bombers.

Just speculation on my part but adding him to the suspended list would be one way to get under the roster limit and lets the club use his spot to look at someone else.
