Obviously Bilukidi is not eligible for practice squad. He should be signed by any NFL team to their active roster otherwise he have no choice than to play for Winnipeg. Im just hoping he wont pull a Corey Mace.

I didnt say that. What I mean is Ottawa will put less weight if the players will be FA or not, if they are confident on their management that they can lure these FAs to sign with them. As for the guys I will protect see my earlier post, there are pending FAs there.
