I agree with Rose - Nichols - Alexander - Parker - Houston secondary Keep Dobson at RG and start Eli at C Start Wilson at WIL Kramdi was OK at SAM last night nothing fancy but made some good plays but If not Darby (injured?, regressed?), maybe we need to try someone there. He was but nothing serious as him. (hopefully)

If Geroy will take over the Elks GM job (whether for the duration of this year and/or onwards), I think he will have a good shot of luring Buck Pierce as Elks next HC next year and possibly Dru Brown in tow.

I'm not sure what qualifies to be an ST demon. Brian Cole made 3 ST tackles last week and now dubbed as an ST demon. Meanwhile Cadwallader made 4 ST tackles vs the Riders and currently lead the team with 7 but no one talked about it. Rookie backup safety Kelly made 3 ST tackles vs the Als and was also the last blocker on Grant TD return but no one talked about it also.

Agree Kelly will be the one to sit if Kramdi is back this Friday. I can see Beeksma to be slated as FB if Miller and Burtenshaw will continue to be in the IR.

Sad to see Pigrome go but I feel like the coaches has a little confidence on him to be the SY guy after that miss on the goal line. And we know Prukop is pretty automatic in SY. Good to see Jeffcoat, Lawson, Eli and Houston back practicing. Szott and Schmekel were moved to PR per CFL transactions page so I assume that at least Eli and Lawson will draw in. Houston will probably replace Lawrence on that corner. In my mind, Darami-Swaray earned another game on the spot. As for Jeffcoat, it make sense for him to backup Haba at this point. And here's hoping we take out Damian Jackson instead of Walker / Fox. Any news on Lawler ?

I get that he will be the one off the active roster and i also get that there are players who dont want to sit on the PR. I assume he is on a rookie contract so it wouldnt be pricy to let him ride the 1-game PR on a weekly basis. I believe we also done that before.

Sometimes we got to admit, Father Time is (finally) catching up on some of our starters. Body cannot do what the mind want to do kinda thing. Body cant keep up with the physical grind and so easily get injured, slower to heal and slower to react on the field.

Putting my armchair GM hat... DT Walker needs to go. Bring back DT Caleb Thomas and rotate him with Fox. CB Lawrence needs to go (or back to PR). Move Houston to that corner or maybe Muhammad. I'll give Daramy-Swaray another start on the other corner. I think he improved as the game progressed last night. What's up with the Lawler issue? As much as I like Damian Jackson story and I've been rooting for him since the beginning. I think him in the roster is hurting our depth. Unless he gets looks on the DE, time to use that DA position on another DB. Pickup a Canadian fullback, shouldn't be that hard. If next game our OL sucks again, time to make some changes.
