I really respect players who retires at their own terms. Im pretty sure its really hard for them to walk from the sports they love and accustomed to do for how many years since their high school and college. Prioirities change. As Coehoorn said, theres more to life than football.

It depends how much his stock in the NFL is. Is he a late round draft pick or a undrafted signing? Im feeling the latter

The more I think about it the more I feel that Gray is the pick. Bombers is not on pressure to start 3 NAT OL this year. They can let Gray go and develop a little bit in the NFL and hope he be back here in a year or two. A WR (Behar) or a DL would make themore sense in #6.

I think it would be too late (if ever approved) for the CFL to change the schedule and layout the expansion draft. Not a bad idea though. And if ever, it will push the Bombers to the East Division.
