I'm not. But rookies don't always get 18 games to make an impression. When the opportunity comes, you have to grab onto it, and the opportunity for Givens right now is huge.

I was really excited for Givens and his first game was promising. But he hasn't done much in the last two. I still think he has more to offer, especially in the kick return game.

Denmark has looked a little off for the last few games, without a doubt. You can see the coaches in his ear when he comes off the field too. Something is not going quite right for him at the moment. He also won a Grey Cup with Ricky Ray and Jim Barker in Toronto. He is a good OC. But he's working in the NFL as the QB coach for the Jaguars where Blake Bortles is arguably having the best season of his career. I don't think he would be in any rush to come back to the CFL.

I'm not sure how Toronto will fare in the playoffs but Popp and Trestman have done a great job turning that team around in a very short time. Wilder was a great find. Let's not forget that a lot of people had written off Ray prior to this season. It looks like Trestman/Ray just might be Trestman/Calvillo V2.0.
