Nic Moore, again?
I blame the House of Duras for causing Worf, son of Mogh to get into trouble. Well, I found my new FB profile pic.........

Brohm has a broken thumb; Willy to start
The most comical of all is people who can't see a difference between pre-injured vs post-injured Willy...

assistant to the travelling secretary? was totally my first thought...

Durant on cusp of return to Riders lineup!
go ahead...bring him back too soon. And I hope someone pops him again...

Football Operations
exactly what I was thinking...

Football Operations
I would call that a personal assistant/receptjonist/secretary gig....

New coordinators for 2015?
Might that not indicate that they were unsatisfied with Dyce as OC and went on the search for someone better? Just as likely probably more so! Except that everyone from the Riders has basically said that when Cortez came available they recognized a chance to get one of the best in the game and moved Dyce to STs. They didn't go looking to upgrade, but an upgrade was there and they took it. Perhaps...but if they were truly satisfied with Dyce...they would have stuck with him.Over Cortez?? Only if they're mentally unstable....

Robert Marve
Ray is a lot closer to Flutie and Moon than anyone else...that's all I'll say about that "next tier" list...

Brohm has a broken thumb; Willy to start
Willy needs lots of reps. Marve is the short yardage guy, and that's it. Not much changes...

We're still in the playoff hunt baby ...
Not the final week for Calgary though, just us. In fact, if they rest guys in the final week, it'll be against BC, the team we need Calgary to beat. Heh. ahhh yeah, no doubt. Efffffff.

We're still in the playoff hunt baby ...
Feel good about the BC game, but the one in Cgy is always an abortion. That said, there's a good chance they'll be resting guys in that final week, so who knows. Oh, also, it was 2002 the last time we won in YYC...

Robert Marve
I'm not a huge Allen fan, but that's ridiculous. I hope it was said for shock value only. Well, mostly.......but there's more truth to it than some would care to admit. Both were glorified running backs, but yes Allen was a better passer only because Greene was truly awful.

Robert Marve
I'll go so far as to say that Damon Allen was a really fancy way of saying Nealon Greene...

Brohm has a broken thumb; Willy to start
Good good....I feel like we'll win vs BC, but a tough go vs Calgary in Calgary, unless they are resting everyone.

Gary Etcheverry prediction came true!
Actually it does -- when you understand that the D is completely gassed because the O can't give them a breather with some extended drives.

Robert Marve
Damon Allen is likely the most overrated QB in CFL history. There's a reason he wasn't a first ballot HOFer despite his stats... Everyone knows he wasn't that good. The only thing he was really great at was staying injury free.

Robert Marve
Sigh... One game... Limited reps for each.... And we're dealing em for OL. Sigh. I'm sitting at a bar in Banff with 17to85 just face palming hard...

Quarterback controversy?
I'm just shaking my head laughing. You have to understand how hurt Willy is and has been for weeks (months?) When healthy, there's just no comparison. Having said that, it's really nice to have backups who can move the chains. Been a LONG time....
-
Quarterback controversy?
Brohm looked better than Marve, but Willy is the guy. When healthy, they're not even close to Willy.

Quarterback controversy?
this is one of the funniest posts in the history of this board...

GDT: Bombers vs Stamps
It's not fair to have higher expectations than playoffs, based on where we're coming from...

TSN change means no CFL broadcast
Rogers customers do....

GDT: Bombers vs Stamps
Sure it wasn't, but I'm not mad about it. I'm an adult, so I'm rational and see the big picture. If I was your age, and has as much rage over sports teams, I'd likely be dead from stress....

GDT: Bombers vs Stamps
Sure this season has been frustrating at times, but aside from the last couple games, it's at least been competitive. This team, when healthy, competes with anyone in the league. It's clear they want to play for MOS, and it's clear that when healthy, Willy is going to be an elite performer. Progress is being made, people are learning from mistakes, and next year will be even better. The faithful will be rewarded...
