Foley Canadian and Ellingson American are two things I've realized in the last few weeks that I somehow completely whiffed on....had no idea..

Emery is a young-ish, NI LB. Foley is a douchebag American DE which Tamar can recruit. This is a real easy trade for Taman to make.

So glad Miller stuck to his guns and chose to stick it to Bettman. A) The Grey Cup is way more important than a stupid outdoor hockey game. The GC brings in huge revenue...the WC does not. The league gets all revenues, aside from the rental fee they pay WBB FC. The outdoor games suck now...way overdone. The GC will be far more entertaining. C) Putting the GC and WC back to back like that is insane because people can't afford tix to both. Spread them out...one goes one year, one goes the next. WAY better option for everyone. Anyone complaining about this postponement is an idiot. Good on Miller, good on the WBB FC...

Have people really forgotten Matthews that quickly that he's sort of an after-thought now? That was a damn good player, pretty recently, that I was still kinda hoping might return at some point in the not too distant future...

We did it for Nick Moore. And I'm not opposed to doing it. But there's better value out there. MUCH better value. If we really want a receiver, let's go out and get one in free agency. While everyone is battling it out for SJ and Dressler, let's sneak in there and grab Chiles or Ellingson. We don't need a number one or two. We need a number three and those guys would be great in a WR3 role. I personally don't believe we overpayed. With Green, someone's gonna overpay BIG TIME...

You don't overpay for receivers unless it's a guaranteed NI game breaker. Certainly not an Import one. You recruit Import Receivers...don't go spending a pile of money. That's a Desjardins thing to do...

I'm a big Kohlert fan....he's a New Stoddard, IMO. Nothing wrong with that. But I thought JFG looked really really good in limited time last year. Looked like a higher ceiling to me. But it's possible that I'm crazy...because I'm getting shouted down pretty hard.

So then you're saying that Kohlert is better than Watson?

...Kohlert vs JFG...who's better? Who's got a higher ceiling? Who's the better overall talent?
