  1. You are such an uncultured cretin. *adjusts monacle and tophat* ...FYP.
  2. They better pray to every God they can think of that the dirty ginger gets healthy. If not, they can hire Bill Belichek and Marc Trestman for HC/OC and it's not going to make a lick of difference.
  3. If I'm going to "do something" while on vacation, it'd better be golf or tennis or something....but just walking around looking at stuff? No thanks. I'd rather sit around drinking. But yeah, 2 weeks is a long time. I'd think one week would be plenty...
  4. Officially announced this morning, as per twitter... CFL Official Feed ✔ @CFL THIS JUST IN: @SSKRoughriders name Jacques Chapdelaine offensive coordinator. Details to come.
  5. For what it's worth, that's exactly how I'd spend my vacation, too. I'm not one for sight-seeing, per se, so sitting around in the sun with a strong drink and some inter-tubes, or at least a good book...that's more my way of killing the day.
  6. You guys are making some unbelievable HUGE leaps here with your logic, with what was actually said vs what MOS might have actually meant. Nobody has a clue what he really meant about Alex Hall, but you're applying some personal bias to make it all fit your own ideas. Yikes...
  7. Apparently they just experimented in college but nothing serious developed.
  8. a 100% healthy team at the start of 2015 is going to look SO good compared to what we saw in the back half of 2014. I have zero doubts about this...
  9. sigh...no fair teasing like that...
  10. Any thoughts that MOS may be hesitant to bring in an experienced co-ordinator with time as HC, for fear of having a potential successor looking over his shoulder?
  11. ...Exactly.
  12. Is there a breakdown of sacks attributed to the OC vs the OL coach, or, God forbid, the players...?
  13. Our offense was great at the start of the year...again, injuries made it look worse as the season went on and we didn't have the depth to keep up.
  14. The quote about player personnel is being taken completely out of context. I listened to the presser, and MOS said that he has always had the final say on player personnel. People just seemed to believe that Etch had final say, but MOS says he has all along and that won't change going forward...
  15. So, anyhow, the MOS presser is on now...... Sounds like the decision was all MOS's......at least according to him. Lawless tried to bait him into the whole "Stopping the run doesn't matter" thing, and MOS says that was only an issue for media and fans. Says he wanted to make a lot of changes for next year, and Etch just wouldn't be able to believe in all of those changes, so they had to part ways. Bringing Bellefuille back because it would be detrimental to Drew Willy to change coordinators and make him learn a whole new system again.
  16. Etch looked like a world beater early in the year, when our D starters were still healthy. As we suffered a ton of injuries and our complete and utter lack of depth was exposed, Etch's D *seemed* worse and made him look worse than he should have. Really unfair situation, and I feel bad for both him and his family, but such is life. As long as it's a proven-successful replacement, I'm cool with it.
  17. Huzzah for the shopkeep...great news, especially funny for all those saying that the Derek Jones signing was because Walters "knew" that Bucknor wasn't returning. Sigh.
  18. Really?!? There are girls posting here regularly and some of us are nerds.Yes, Amy.......
  19. With the sheer volume of nerds proven to be members of this community, it's really funny to see what happens when girls show up here. Like an early-season ep of Big Bang Theory......
  20. Well that's pretty cool. Thanks dude...
  21. I don't know how to post videos, but at this exact moment I'm listening to Dolly Parton's "Winter Wonderland".....nobody belts it like ol' Dolly...
  22. You ******* nerds......Jesus Christ.....
  23. Calling bullshit on Wild being too small to play MLB every play. He may be smaller than the the prototype but the guy is just a damned good tackler and he is a guy who you notice when he's not in the lineup. He gets all over the field and is always involved in the play. This team needs more guys like that not less. Sears is hurt a lot and it is a concern, but when he's in the lineup he's a star. A flat out playmaker. Not at all comparing them as players, but the "negative" talk around Wild is errily reminiscent of Wickman....
  24. I honestly have no clue what you guys are talking about...
  25. Wish nothing but the best of luck fulfilling a dream and making a ton of bank for a few solid guys and great ball players. It's all you can do...
