One of the biggest and best things Wade did (in terms of revenue) was the Standing Room Only tickets at the Rum Hut. I can't get over how many 30-and-Under people I know who have season tickets just for that. They just go there because it's a fun place to hang out and meet girls/guys...

It took Calgary way too long to realize they needed to fully commit to the tank and build up the draft picks/quality young players. Hoping it doesn't take the Jets as long to realize. You don't wanna be #9thForLife like the fLames.

From everything I've read, the talent in this draft is very deep, but almost TOO deep in so much as the GMs have their work cut out for them trying to figure out who will actually ever play in Canada... Sounds like a lot of guys will end up down south for at least some time.

You can't win a cup with one line and a sometimes great goalie... It's truly impressive what Conner and Scheif have done pretty much by themselves.

This feels like a whole lotta fan spin here... But whatever. Personally, is really like one of the two giant defensemen, especially the LD from Southern Manitoba... He'd be ideal. But going the Calgary route with half measures forever just gets you a lot of mediocrity.
