  1. Be a real interesting pick up at the right price...
  2. well that's interesting. At the right price, I'd sure be interested...
  3. I pay for the articles I want to see and I deem to be worth my 27 cents. But I don't really use the news feature here. I'll go to the FP site or I'll see it on social media.
  4. this is 2011.....seriously it was 4 ******* years ago.....how can people not remember?
  5. This time last year, Hutch was a consensus all-star calibre player (many upset that he wasn't a call up for the ASG last year, when some declined) and was carrying the team. That's all's I'm sayin'......
  6. Great players don't just suddenly become shitty. What Hutch needs is some time in the A to get his confidence back. When Pav returns, Hutch can do some chores on the farm and get his game back.
  7. He was at the GC being pushed around in a wheelchair by Commish Orridge. He's not long for this world, I'm afraid....
  8. This time last year the consensus around here was that Brohm and Marve, based on their limited 2014 reps, were an almost unbelievable corps of back ups and people were raving about Danny Mac's work and talking about how we could trade either one of them for a valuable piece. One teams fans view of their own players is always questionable........
  9. It's this....there's nobody more clutch in OT, for my money, than Toews. And in that 3-on-3 format, the guy just kills. He's fast, strong, and can finish or set up the play...him, Kane and Buff on a line was ridiculously good in the past, and I'd be interested in seeing it again...
  10. Drew Tate is a notorious flake. One of the weirdest guys in the league. Trying to figure out what's going on in his head is a fool's errand.
  11. TiCats re-sign the oft injured Johnny Searsssss....
  12. Total points aside, I'll argue that Toews is one of the best 3-on-3 players in the game. Him, Kane and pretty much anybody would be a really fun thing to watch during this ASG. Maybe Buff with them to reunite the Hawks 2010 L1?
  13. For this particular one, if we're gonna take it seriously for whatever reason, I'd take the best 3 on 3 players in the game....
  14. Thing about Ray, tho, is he's one of the best of all time....one of the smartest to ever play the game. Living legend. DurInt doesn't earn the same benefit of doubt.
  15. that feels like a big steal by Columbus. Seth Jones is a beast...Johansen.....not sold.
  16. There's not a single person on this board qualified to make an accurate ranking of the back-ups, so what's the point? Most people couldn't name half the back ups....
  17. Anybody got the whole list to post here?
  18. ...and with Ray getting paid to start in 2016, we'll see what becomes of ol' TH....but I know I'm not convinced. For my money, it's an interchangeable list of Reilly, BLM, and Collaros......then Willy (when 100% healthy...rare, but when he is...) and Burris and Ray.....jury's out on what DurINT has left in the tank.
  19. It's the sweetest thing....
  20. ahhhh points....the sole determiner of a players' worth........
  21. Man, it sure seems like a lot of people over-rating Harris. That second half of the season would terrify me if I'm his agent......
  22. This is what happens when you **** the dog......Finland/Sweden the new World Jr powerhouses?
  23. Next year's A Pool has Canada, Russia and USA in it......yikes!
  24. Everything I've heard is that he's an ******* in business, but he's the ******* you want on your side. He doesn't take no for an answer and gets **** done. I know some people who quit because of him, but I know some people that say nothing but good things about his work with both Pinnacle and the WBB. Without knowing the sheer volume of work the guy has had to do since coming on board, it's impossible to say whether he's done a good job or not. One thing I know for sure: There is nobody on the planet who wants to win more than him.
