In the later seasons, he was the best/funniest character in the show... He's a good one to spin off, if they have to go that route. And that SNL lineup actually looks pretty good. Jack Black and Jon Hamm are proven winners, and I'm VERY excited to see what Elton and Carlisle do...

It happens.... Helle is the best goaltender in the world by a mile, and even they have a down moment. And who knows if he's sick or something else going on that's affecting him. All good. Move on and spank Edmonton in the next game.

Why do we still get so defensive about the fact that we're overlooked outside of our market? This isn't a new phenomenon. Who really cares... This is true but Edmonton's politically VERY Left... Calgary right of centre and Rural AB (which is huge) is pinning the needle out th right side. AND NOW IM DONE POSTING POLITICS RICH!!

As long as the younger kid doesn't get hurt again this year, I really think Jake will go back to the limited reps. He only played so much last year because the kid got hurt and they were absolutely committed to a NI DT for whatever reason.

And not even that much... They're way further from the mountains than Calgary is. Edmonton is very much like Winnipeg, but with oil money. And our rivers are better than the North Sask. And we have a Forks... Eff em.

Edmonton is Winnipeg with money, plain and simple. I do vastly prefer Winnipeg because I prefer The Shield to The Rockies, but Edmonton is without a doubt my favourite of the two major Alberta cities.

We might have to hang on to that when Osh (or whoever it is) makes those curious decisions with limited DL, heavy starter reps for Jake, etc...

I remember our incredible head coach 😁 saying something about how BA had a really bright future in coaching because he was always operating in that role even as a player.

Love that guy... Wish he could have gone out on top. He gave everything for us. Huge thank you for everything he did to end that GC drought and give us these golden years.
