  1. no question....Harvey Weinstein was one of the biggest fundraisers for the DNC prior to the last election. Predators are everywhere.
  2. that guy is off the charts insane.....those super bible thumpers are always the ones with something going on behind the scenes. Wouldn't surprise me in the least...
  3. anyone taken NewLeaf or whatever it's called now? The super no-frills airline? I'm going to be booking a couple flights home next year, and I'm stoked that it's super cheap ($120 RT from Edmonton-Winnipeg-Edmonton) but wondering if anyone has any direct experience with them...
  4. yet another insane quote........you are straight up looney tunes. He was absolutely CRUSHED on the play....I couldn't believe the guy got up and walked off under his own power. Immediately looked like a separated shoulder or broken collarbone or something of that nature.
  5. Mike and I were talking on Twitter at one point during the season and commenting that he looked out of shape.....like he had gained a fair bit of weight. Not sure if true or not, but it *appeared* so, and you wonder if that had anything to do with anything...
  6. that's really where my head is at anytime I use the phrase......never, ever anything racially motivated....
  7. edited -- never even crossed my mind as I typed it. I just don't think like that....
  8. Seems like it's just Wally wanting to coach and not worry about the day-to-day busywork of being a GM, so let Hervey be his minion, but Wally still calls all the shots...
  9. The way I see it, Denny's done. Dressler slides into that 3rd option role and we have a vacancy at #2 (or we find a legit 1 to go along with Darvin as 1a/1b) and Demski comes in to work alongside Coates/JFG.... can we fit it in the budget? That I don't know...
  10. Gotta have Dressler back...injury prone at this point? Likely....but at the right price, he's a guy you need in the room.
  11. That's a VERY concerning power structure....don't know how confident I'd feel in that, if I were a Lions fan (God forbid....)

  13. @BCLions Media Advisory: #BCLions to make major football operations announcement in the club's locker room at 11AM PT today. Camera operators asked to be set up at 10:45. #CFL
  14. no kidding...just because Tom ******* Higgins is available and experienced, doesn't mean he's any good! Get your head out of your ass, J5V.....
  15. It really did.....it's honestly incredible how DC was able to **** this up so badly.
  16. I kinda like this idea. I think once the 4th and final Avengers movie is done, they should do a whole new thing....some actors will have aged out of the role (RDJ) and some might just want to do other stuff, so why not go in a mostly-new direction featuring players yet-to-be-seen like X-Men and others.....that could be fun.
  17. https://www.cfl.ca/2017/11/28/mcdaniel-if-it-was-me-i-would-say-the-same-thing/ Marquay McDaniel says he did a good job holding back when calling out Kamar Jordan. Man, what a complete tool. I'd never advocate for a guy to lose his job and his ability to provide for his family, BUT.........if this guy got cut and not picked up by another team, I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep. What an awful teammate. Talk about the polar opposite of a MOS guy...
  18. I firmly believe we had one this year....when healthy. If we had a healthy roster for that playoff game, we win it...I really and truly believe that.
