The way that OT played off I wouldn't be boasting about anything if I was either team. Ottawa ****** up more than the Riders did in OT that's the bottom line.

The big issue with the up the middle handoff before their field goal wasn't even playing conservative, it was playing THAT conservative. You can call a safe play and still give yourself a chance at the first down. Not even trying to get better position to punt at the very end was inexcusable though. Maher was kicking the ball far, gotta give him a chance to hit the endzone. Get another 9 yards and he's got a shot.

That's exactly it, between him and Owens it's perfect for Ray. He loves his quick throws that receivers can turn into big gains. He had a lot of success with another guy of that type in Terry Vaughn.
