  3. any of the old-timers here remember that year where there was some sort of ice storm the night before the game and they had to steam off the ice at the old Winnipeg stadium and they played the game on a much smaller field? I still remember the 1980 WSF playoffs against Calgary where they had to clear a ton of snow off the field before game time.

  7. That moment of silence was beautiful and one of the reasons that I love this country. Imagine trying to pull off a moment of silence like that in the middle of an NFL game? 14. Dinwiddie didn't show his beautiful wolf eye peepers around Winnipeg until 2006. Tee Martin and Kevin Glenn were our QB's in 2005. And Rod Rust was our D-coach, for part of the year anyway...
  15. oh ok. I was wondering what Willie McCovey had ever done to ISO.
  16. Who is this post about?
  17. no that's the problem. In Saskatoon they ADD human feces to the water before it goes out for public consumption...
  18. sounds like the 2000 Grey Cup in Calgary. There were thousands of George Michaels that day.
  19. Bulin wall 2.0
  20. Bomben is still in the league? Who knew?
  21. I guess so.
  22. LOL yeah, and that's not really a fair assessment, especially when you look back at some of the awful presidents that have existed in American history.
  23. or I came to point out a fact about the Canadian and US voting patterns. Another option.
