It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to see Ambrosie change the way the Operations SMS is applied. I suspect it will be amended that fired coaches don't count, the BOG will see how handcuffed they are with having to keep poor decisions and the league can't afford for teams to languish in mediocrity because of some stupid mgmt SMS.

Manitoba Premier Pallister didn’t resort to calling him a moron, idiot or any of the other things he simply stated “We agrees to disagree on that one.” That about how it should work, like debating for drinks. Start a discussion and the first person that swears buys the next round. Think of it as if your boss has a real “good “ idea (at least in his mind). Do you raise your hand in the meeting and say You’re an.idiot, your idea is stupid. It is okay to think that but if you want to keep your job you find another softer more gentle way of getting your message across. Tone can add a lot to the validity of your message.

Speller went in initially and took that procedure penalty right away. Didn’t get off to a good start but having never played the position thought it was better than what B.C. has... I’m of the opinion that Neuf is fine and being hid there for injury insurance reasons. I would be very surprised is Hardrick doesn’t practice this week and play against OTT. Hardrick was okay in the 2nd, coach wouldn't let in. He was doing drills on the sidelines and giving the coach a thumbs up saying I'm Good. I think they wanted the developmental guys to get some live action, go figure...

Watching the game tonight I was wondering if Refs aren’t calling holding to improve QB protection. Seems like MBT would have been mauled a few times but for some holds that weren’t except on that one play in the 4th.
