Part of me just thinks they’re feeling the pinch. They’ve got some big price tags. Rourke, McInnis, Betts are a massive chunk of change. That being said, maybe they do go for Lawler. I honestly wouldn’t mind Hatcher, he’s a dawg. I feel like he’s got Calgary or Toronto written all over him though for some reason.

And there’s the problem they’ve spent all this money on almost all of the right things, building a solid OL to protect their QB and building a solid defense to get the ball back into the QB’s hands one problem the QB is still Tre Ford

There’s a ton out there OL wise, it’s probably the deepest position in FA. Lots of directions you can go, too. Patch up a spot for a year? Sure, sign a guy like Foucault or Gagnon or Boyko. Hope for a bounce back from a player who still has some prime years left? Go for McEwen or Beard if the price is right. Have an idea that you can take a younger guy and mold him into what you want? Go after McKellar, Richards or Hogan-Saindon. there are a ton of options at OL
