Nielsen had some jets. He could run. I always felt that Nielsen & Poplawski were the 2 best Canadian receivers to ever put on a Bomber helmet. Nielsen played in the 65 Grey Cup but didn't win. I think Miller is the better of the 2. Rod Black should be host of CFL TV coverage in the studio only. I think he'd excel there with the panel whereas he is failing epically as pbp on CFL football.

Paul Ryan saw what was going on & how he had to compromise his principles to support Trump & he got out ending a promising political career. At least he got out with his reputation relatively intact. But McConnell & Graham totally bent over for Trump & it was disgusting. The other GOP Senators just fell into line because of it. In 2 years time, hopefully Ted Cruz & Marco Rubio suffer the same fate.

I don't know how they can get an exemption when everyone else has to isolate. And businesses are under orders to lower capacity. I don't think any pro league in Canada will get that.

I just can't see how they can make this work under any scenario where they play with no fans in thye stands. Every team will lose tens of millions of dollars with no fans in attendance. I think the CFL should be glad the Liberals said no to any huge loan this season. At least they don't have a huge financial albatross hanging over them now waiting to pick the bones of a dead football league. Or wondering how they play a second or perhaps even a third season in a bubble & having to ask for more money. It was a blessing Trudeau said no.
