LaPo looks like he may be an analytics guy. Stats may play an important part in what he does as a coach. What works & what doesn't. What players play well & who doesn't. Who follows instructions & who doesn't. What players as free agents would be a good fit for his team & who wouldn't. He just appears to be wired that way so naturally the rah rah speeches just don't come easily from a guy like that. That could be mistaken fo poor leadership. I dunno, I;ve never been in the locker room with LaPo to see him interact with his players but he just strikes me as a coach who loves to study film & plot strategy. If he was using analytics in Ottawa then did it ever fail him.

I do as well. I love Streveler but I just got tired of 5 years of those two dudes Andy Mulumba & Chris Bilikudi being on NFL practice rosters for years & never played a down here. And every move they made like going to the bathroom at some NFL practice facility was reported on here. I never meant to slight what Streeveler did for us on our Grey Cup run in 2019.

O'day never fixed the OL & could have done it. Instead he throws $275,000 at a cancerous receiver like Williams. Dickenson made bad behaviour inconsequential. There was always an excuse. No discipline. By the time the Riders HC & GM got it under control the season was lost. LaPo thinks those 2 deserve another season together???

How stupid is it to have LaPo on the panel so soon after being fired. He'd be perfect next year as an analyst but not now. AND LaPo's commenting on his old team. The only one who really brings something to the table on that panel is Dave Naylor & he's part time. It's too soon. he shouldn't be on the panel. The decisions that TSN makes are mind boggling.

Listening to LaPo asking fans & media to give terrible HC's like him "three years to fix it" was pathetic. He won 4 games in his tenure as HC in Ottawa with the team showing little signs of improving. Then he says that Dickenson & O'Day in Saskatchewan time to fix things there as well? These loser coaches like LaPo just don't get it. STH's are leaving in droves. They don't get three years if they're not getting it done as q HC. Mgmt has no choice but to make a move or fans will quit watching. LaPo just stay away from the Bombers. Davis is horrible.

Ever notice the great qbs who play on great teams win championships because they have great players around them. What a concept, Flutie in Calgary & Toronto. ken Ploen & Zach Collaros in Winnipeg. Jackie Parker & Warren Moon in Edmonton, Russ Jackson in Ottawa, Brady in NE & Tampa, Montana in San Fran. To name just a few. There aren't many qbs who play on teams with no talent that win championships.

Solid?? I saw that & thought what a joke. It was Collaros who was solid. He threw 2 td passes & Superman none.

You can argue the **** out of this with me but you won't win. The team took down it's biggest threat tonight when the CFL's ONLY superstar player according to TSN put on his Superman suit & came back 7 months early to play. And then he freaking lost which he wasn't supposed to do & didn't look like much of a superstar while doing it. The real MOP (Collaros) came onto the field & showed Superman how to get it done when they went head to head on the field. It wasn't even close. We win 15 regular season games for the first time in club history. The Bombers won in a statement game tonight. We won. That's all that matters. Now, we've put a huge question mark in every BC Lion who played tonight. They lost with Superman at the helm & Vernon Adams backing him up. That wasn't supposed to be as they were supposed to win. They were going to put question marks in our players heads. Didn't work out that way. Superman wants to play then I hope our defense pounds him to a pulp next game. No mercy. That's how the game is played. I don't give a **** how big a superstar Rourke is. Or how much he helps the league.
