  1. There's nothing in there that can't be improved with coaching and experience. Couldn't really ask for a better scenario to walk into. Great O-line. Great, diverse run game. A defence that will keep you in the game.
  2. Strength, yes. Accuracy, unknown, IMO.
  3. It's Streveler's chance now. He's got more than a year under his belt and knows the playbook. Let's hope Lapo puts him in a position to succeed. Now, it's about his reads and his arm.
  4. Troy was also commenting before on the Lions having elite receivers and the Bombers should be wary, so....
  5. Singleton was the best defender on Eagles in the last game. Mostly back-ups but still.
  6. I saw Arbuckle was starting but not that BLM was 6 gamed. Wow. Must not be healing quite as quickly as they thought. Obviously, they could pull him off at any time but I thought he was close.
  7. My eyes were focused on him, so I didn't see Whitehead. Of course, there was no replay at the stadium. Thanks!
  8. Question regarding Streveler's INT. From my view, the angle I was at, it looked like he was just trying to throw it away, avoiding the rush. Is that how it looked to everyone else?
  9. Nope. And, yes, we need more than 25k fans at the stadium. When are you coming?
  10. Nope, Matt was fine. He was standing on the sidelines right next to the play, waiting to go in. I think they were going to go to him after the first play but the second was a short-yardage play where Streveler would be in anyhow. He got the first down, so he got to stay in.
  11. Lapo is not going to change the playbook now.
  12. Was watching McGuire during warm up and he was launching them downfield with ease.So smooth. Streveler has such an awkward throw but I'm hoping to see him do well as a dual threat QB.
  13. I wonder if Bennett will shake loose?
  14. I missed what happened to Roh. Just saw the tweet at halftime that he was not returning. Did he get hurt on a play? Did they talk about it during the broadcast?
  15. I'll just put this here...
  16. 1. Willie J and the Furious 4 2. Harris, the King of the CFL 3. Come Sayles away with me! HH - Hansen - way to make an impact! Extra HH - To Anthony Gaitor who stopped by the bench before the game to hand out signed players cards. Made my son very happy. A great experience all around!
  17. Yes, Nichels went straight to the sidelines and didn't even go to the trainers table. He turned immediately and headed to the locker room.
  18. If that happened, I would avoid MBB at all costs.
  19. Yes, they got some Lemon-aid. I'll show myself out.
  20. There are lots of idiots in Winnipeg, so I think it will be popular.
  21. To be fair, Jim and Troy set him up, bringing up the burger right away.
  22. https://www.tsn.ca/the-enduring-mystery-of-cfl-negotiation-lists-1.981621 Naylor did a story on it last year. Yes, you just put the guy on before he's signed or on someone else's list. This is one of those bizarro things that's uniquely CFL.
