Biggest need for the O is a guy that can stretch the D - very fair assessment. Wonder who it's going to be. Lots of options.

I'll be the first to admit that I have only seen Richards play once. That's it. He looked pretty good. Only really threat Regina had. I'm guessing those who are crapping on him, probably haven't seen him play. Etienne 2.0? Ridiculous even if it was meant as a joke.

I've always been a fan of a big interior DL, I have pretty high hopes for this kid.

Between Collins and Randal we should have a pretty damn good NT...
Enyone else think a 30 front with Turner and Anderson off the edges could take on any line in the CFL with a good NT?
A good NT really opens up a lot of possibilities... I'm pretty excited for TC

All right fine.  Semantics.  Wally wanted a guy, had him in the bag, and thanks to fortune and circumstance, that guy became available, and we got him, not Wally.  And as Mr. Dee says, that makes me smile.  A lot.

The part that sells me on the whole Waggoner story the most is that we put one over on Wally B.  Just the fact that he's sitting in Vancouver or Kamloops right now steaming away that the Bombers pulled one over on him is gratifying to say the least.  Especially after all the years of watching the Bombers screw the pooch as rival GM's grabbed guys like Westerman and Mike Reilly right out from under our noses.

Maybe not, but at least we're on the same highway now, and when get into the fast lane to pass Wally's vehicle, we see the passenger seat is empty.
That passenger is in our car.
And I smile.
