  1. Past hour
  2. Which shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, let alone the coaching staff. This has been coming on for two years and the team's unwillingness or inability to replace him is symptomatic of the probems with the team.
  3. Absolutely. Wilson coming back from the NFL would help immensely, and some other tweaks here and there. It's not a lost cause by any stretch of the imagination. Not gonna pin any of it on the Safety.
  4. BA is still hanging around, at least he kept them in line and on focus.
  5. when you have MLB with no coverage skills and quite honestly...doesnt really appear to even know where to drop....that stuff happens....and then you have Kramdi in chase mode as he has no cover skills...recipe for a good gouging and sustained drives
  6. Fair. All the best.
  7. They've had some good mid-season corrections that have paid off, BA to Safety, Travis Bond to OG, Nichols in for Willy.
  8. I've seen more busts in our coverages this year than in the last 5 years combined. Our D is simply not playing like they should. We predicate on a ball hawking shut down secondary. We don't have that right now.
  9. as much as people here like to pump Kramdi ...mainly cause Osh does...so the media follows suit...he's horrible in coverage, and isn not a good tackler at all....if he isnt crashing down in the box or in a run blitz...his one real strength...he is real ...real bad in coverage...and has difficulty running with guys ...hence the getting gouged on the crossers....He's the very definition of a situational guy....and is not a true every down SAM....Not by a long shot and we pay him like he's one of the leagues elite to boot....but like a few other players...mainly certain Canadians , Osh has a real boner for him Slip Griffin in there....let Allen either earn his chops in Bridges spot, or at safety. and slide Parker into half or corner...or when Kelly back move Kelly to safety ...Griffin stay at sam and figure out that Corner...All Allen did in TC and in pre-season was make plays...time to change it up Also have J.Jones in the middle.....just that tweek alone and not even expunging Jake would give us way more athleticism through the middle and the flats....Better tackling and a tighter back end Wilson is fine but he can only do so much and teams are not necessarily targeting his area anyway...it's blatant targeting on ground where Jake lines up...and through the flats in shallow area outside box where Kramdi and jones roam....favoring Bridges/Holm side Dru did in EDM....zC....unsure
  10. yea...the bright side is that the playoffs don't start at the beginning of July. Lot can change from now to then if we don't show improvement.
  11. When Bryant came out was that Vanderpoo or Randolph in his spot?
  12. yep. Those are classic easy run and catch plays. Fajardo was propped up on crossing routes and seam busters for years.
  13. Maybe, I'd prefer to find out mid-season where they're lacking while there's still time to adjust, rather than late season and be shocked how poorly they play against competitive teams. It's easy to beat up on the weak teams, but if they can't beat the top teams during the regular season it's unlikely they'll beat them in the playoffs. When was the last time Zach mounted a comeback from 2 TD's down?
  14. When I saw Tre Ford making us look silly on those, alarm bells went off in my head...
  15. The real worry with the secondary is that we are completely lost on crossing routes unless they run at Nichols. We haven't been able to pick up crossers with the wil, mac, Parker, Kramdi, or Holm.
  16. I'm gonna track his average depth of tackle and the depth of his stop vs the depth of anticipated gain. He is a good tackler, but I don't see him jumping in the gap and stopping plays for no gain. In each game, we see more reps for him and Kornelson, with no reason for this to transpire whatsoever. If I was lawson or adams I'd be waiting on my chance to hit FA.
  17. What a pathetic bloody effort that was....Db's playing a mile off the receivers...while they were painted on our guys and yet bad Zack seen fit to keep going to the well to get pic'd or had nada to show for his effort....The team was listless , seemed uncaring AND had all the earmarks of a loser....I was so gawdamned mad I turned that bull3hit of a game off, after Zack served up his last pic...The worst of all of that useless effort was the attitude...IF you're going to play that type of crap game, just mail the two points to the opposition and stay home...I would expect after that non-effort that we will flush this one and bring back some Bomber pride for the next game, that was sorely lacking in Calgary.................hopefully... ....Strained to find any Bomber who was deserving of any positive mention''' Castillo for his effort and Clercius for catching al most everything thrown his way and promptly stepping out of bounds...Brady O who put in a decent game early
  18. This i would agree with...
  19. Pass pro was really hit or miss. Randolph got whupped with speed a few times. He's still an upgrade in pass pro over lofton, and a side grade in run pro. Dobson was good, but he certainly hasn't lived up to the Desjarlais level of potential he possesses. I think Wallace is more reliable now than Dobson was last year. And with the out side shot at ending up a RT. Every one had bad plays on the OL. Bryant has dropped off a lot. Neuf was goofed on really bad on the play action play. Nearly become a butt tackle. Kola was baaad bad bad, as per usual. Peterson was really good as bradys replacement. Better than augustine was. But bradys ability to consistently churn out yards and hammer through for steady gains is critical to us. Should've been Austin Apodaca. We could'v kept brown, brought back strevy to back him up, and traded zach away for assets. Then used the 2-300k to sign 1-2 impact guys.
  20. I actually yelled “wtf are you doing” at the tv on that play. Peterson was completely lost. Tough play call for Randolph to make his block. The de can just sprint past him and turn when the qb sprints out like that. I don’t think that play’s designed for Steve to hold onto the ball like he did either.
  21. If we play like we can we will be fine. If we play like country club princesses like last night it will be a long season. If we don't see more out of our team than what we got last night then clean house and start the rebuild.
  22. 7 out of 8 games coming up will be challenging, Stamps (2) Argos (2) and Als (1) leading into back to back with the Riders and the LDC, good chance all starting QB's will be back for those games. How they perform in that stretch will define their season and whether they still have the ability to compete with the top teams, or if they've officially been dethroned as King of the Hill.
  23. I won't jump the gun on one game, especially given our performance prior to bye weeks over the past several year, however it is pretty evident that our coaches and players all need a swift kick in the ass after that fiasco last night. The lack of execution and piss poor game plan is on the coordinators not OShea. However, it is OShea's job to make sure that his team plays with effort and for 60 minutes. It is also the players jobs to be mentally prepared and ready to play. Everyone took a **** last night. Coach, coordinators and players all need to do a lot better.
  24. Today
  25. My untrained eye would put WJ as our number one freelancer that can be frustrating at times to watch when it comes to DE’s responsibilities. And yes he does get mugged a fair amount but that seems to be the advantage refs are giving the offence these days, holding penalties seem to be called less frequently.
  26. Dickey beat the brakes off MOS by having a team that was far more prepared and interested in playing last night. Out schemed is on Younger and Hogan who had absolutely horrid game plans and total lack of adjustments throughout the game.
