The only redeeming things about this loss today are that it may finally trigger the badly needed organizational changes and (most importantly) it means there will no opportunity for the Riders (who are almost certain to win the West) to curb-stomp our team in the biggest game of the year in front of Bomber fans in their home stadium. That has to be worth something.

unfortunately, I think these changes will only happen if it’s reactionary. If one decides to leave for another job we will make change. Otherwise I could all too easily see us running it back with walters mos and zach. I do think it could be possible that they fix their problems together. but boy would I not bet a year on it. Well, Wade can clean house if he wants as everyone's contracts are up so it won't affect the salary cap for coaches & admin. If he doesn't do something this year then he never will.

He's the Commisioner of the newly created Continental Football League. A developmental league for young players. I've always had my doubts about Danny Mac.. He could have been a GM years ago but the story goes that doesn't want to leave his home in Florida permanently. If he puts living in Florida first over running an entire organization, do we really want him running the Bombers? I don't.

You can fill in the blanks on Danny Mac but he’s arguably the best example of the old boys club issues going on in this organization. Everyone who has done 5 minutes of due diligence on him for a job where he’s a face of the organization even up to OC has walked away. And it’s not totally related to how he understands the CFL. He’s someone who needs to go here and has for years. It’s funny for the people claiming others in the org are inept and toxic pushing him as a candidate for a leadership role in the front of a professional organization.

I’m saying danny is the only internal option, not the preferred one. The only one who isn’t an assistant to another young guy. he's king of bad hot takes, also actually look at the talent levels in camp, and our bench. Imp talent is not the problem here, it’s the log jam of trash we handicap our self by starting and playing in our primary reps. Take a look at the players who’ve come to us from his region.
