I’ll watch cuz it’s just better to watch than listen lol. I can deal with the rider homerism which wasn’t awful last year cuz yeah nice to SEE live cfl football again.

I do get great enjoyment from the OB broadcast though. Growing up listening to OB, especially the old late night shows (whistler, shadow etc) are a big part of why I love audiobooks and podcasts. Its also not really summer till I hear a TD blue bombers call on OB.

At least you can drink the tap water there.

I find the tv stream is ahead of cjob (also on a browser) so I pause the video till it sinks with the radio. When radio is faster (not often but does happen) I generally just roll with it. The only thing worse than the riders coverage feed, is most of the TSN coverage lol. The in stadium broadcasts are also generally just the field level crowd noise and PA guy. I actually prefer that to most cfl coverage.

Unless other circumstances because he was put on the suspended list and not released , I wouldn’t want a leader who quit after seeing a pre season depth chart. Suspended tells me there’s more to it, cuz that means bombers keep his rights.

Tough to sync the two... CFL Plus is the Riders feed which is among the worst in the league.

I am going to assume the Blue already know what they had in Wilson and were wanting to give the new guys the reps to see what they can offer. If that is the case then Wilson could have at least waited until after pre season before giving up. Injuries happen and maybe Perkins really shits the bed and they cut him instead. Maybe a different club in the league has injuries + bad depth and want a veteran arm and would have gave him a call if he were cut.

It's just the in stadium feed so you can pretend you are just watching everything on the jumbotron But isn't this game being played in Saskatoon? So I imagine it would be worse than usual.

Someone said it’s his mom. The comments are all very pro bombers tho and telling her terry basically sucked. I respect the mom but she gotta know she not doing any favours. Im not sure id want a guy like Terry back unless he did leave for other reasons and his mom just going off from a distance cuz she believes her son got screwed when he had 2 3 years here and did very little with it. When I was at practice I’d have honestly ranked it Elgersma Zach Perkins Wilson. And Wilson way behind Perkins cuz Perkins could hit 10 yard throws. Not so much the outs but the others? Yup. Fajardo is above Alexander and others for me. Ppl may not like him cuz apparently loving Jesus is bad but dudes proven it time and time again. He gets the job done. He wins. He beat us in the Grey Cup. Accept it. Kelly? He’s a piece of crap but he’s a very good QB who actually unlike most coming from the USA, it didn’t take him long. Rourke to me is best overall tho and it’s not close currently. But he just can’t win in colder weather. He’s a dome QB with a bunch of dome receivers who can’t handle the elements in Regina and the peg later in the season. Alexander? Maybe stay healthy for a few games in a row first cuz right now I don’t see this guy having that blm zc Harris Fajardo lengthed cfl career. And being healthy, yeah that’s important. Say what you want about Fajardo but he’s had a long pretty successful in reality cfl football career. He’s not the worst ambassador for the league cuz he’s a good dude.

Mike Bishop was 11 - 1 with the Argos that one year... wins are good but are not the only indicator of how good a QB can be. Those other guys above have won cups and have proven themselves in the league. Need a larger sample size for Alexander.

Jim Henson would be 90 if he was alive today. Statistically he would have not made it to 2026.

I'm perfectly good on moving on from Wilson, he didn't show much with his very limited chances. I believe Shea Patterson is still floating around if the club needs a veteran arm who is familiar with the game.
