Berdin started in the ECHL but I don't see how they could send him back down. Maybe if they are really dedicated to giving Comrie maximum play time and they don't want Berdin to ride the bench... but if they care about winning, Berdin should be the guy. Appleby should be gone for sure.

Comrie has to be watching from Finland, going "damn it". 

What do you do with him? He lost his gig to Hutch last year. Can't make the Jets. An RFA again after this year. What's next? 

Comrie will be trade bait ,  he's in the same place as Petan where he'll be a throw in to sweeten a deal...

I think you and I were both tooting this guys' horn early on.  Saw lots of chatter that he was a super prospect.

Lots of potential there. Still very young. Sending him to ECHL is the right move for his development

I see Stanley got his 1st goal last night and was +1 in a 4-1 loss.

Moose have scored only 1 goal in 4 of the last 5 games.

2 goals for Vesalainen, another multi point night for Appleton with a goal and 2 assists, 38/40 saves for Comrie.

Logan Stanley scored a point for the second game in a row, playing big minutes on a pairing with Niku.

What a crazy move. 

I have no idea what this says about the player.  Will have to wait to see what the Jets say.  I'd suspect the Jets told Vesa he was unlikely to be recalled and he'd prefer to go home.

Vesa must have wanted to go home.  Can’t imagine the Jets think his development would be better with Jokerit.

Too bad; he seemed to be hitting his stride with the Moose.
