Losing 9-0 ouch !    Do AHL coaches ever get fired because that's just plain awful! 

Players need to play to develop and play at the highest calibre available to them at any given time. The Moose and the AHL are just for that player development. The a Moose have demonstrated the ability to draft and develop solid young talent. Realistically it doesn't necessarily always equate to winning.

Petan wasn't in a good situation, playing on the 4th line doesn't match the type of player he is.

He could've proved them wrong but didn't so sending him to the Moose was the right call.

Less pressure, more ice time will give him a better chance at developing and build his confidence.

How is Petan doing on the Moose?

First year pro players take a while to find themselves. The whole moose team isn't very good

The Moose are a mess. I don't know if it is coaching or what it is.

Armia would be better off playing than riding the pine with the Jets.

Comrie is seeing lots of rubber but he is used to it. 2.90 GAA and a .912 sv%.

Last I checked, Morrissey had zero goals and two assists in 21 games!

Kostalek was injured but is back now.

Komaschuk has 6 points in 21 games.

Olsen has 2 points in 21 games.

Petan has 4 points in 8 games and De Leo has 11 points in 21 games which isn't too shabby for either player.

Armia is back with the Moose.

Jets were shut out last night and Peluso will dress and Armia is sent down?

 

He made some solid cash while up with the big team but he needs to play.

What he really needs to do is go down to the farm and play lights out so they have no choice but to call him back up.

He is an RFA after this season and really isn't helping himself that much.

He is only 22 but you would thin k he would be seeing some time witht he big team soon.

Jets don't play till Tuesday. He or someone else will be called up b4 then. Benefits of having your ahl team in the same city

They've been playing well as of late.

Cormier and Hali each got 1G 1A.... I hope one of them doesn't get the call.

Petan got 1G 1A and I would much rather see him get the nod.

Armia was just here so you wouldn't think he would be called back up would you?

De Leo deserves a call up

Did Armia even play while he was here? What was the sense in calling him up?

Get him some practice and nhl pay. Only jet really injured this year has been pavelec so that plays a role too.

Just got back from the new years eve moose game vs the wild. 4 3 win. 13700 plus in attendance. Comrie is very good. 41 of 44 saves. Petan with 2 assists. Morrissey with a goal and assist. 

 

Gonna say petan De Leo Lipon Morrissey and Kostalek and Comrie are very good. Melchiori and MacWilliam are very bad 

The rookies or first year players are good. They get no help tho. 

 

De Leo Petan Lipon line were exciting to watch. Fraser Cormier and Albert line were terrible. 

 

Gonna just add.... Helle and Comrie.... yup future goaltending won't be an issue with the Jets.

 

Real dumpster fire tho in the D zone except when the D P L line and Morrissey were on the ice. That line and Morrissey really were quite impressive. Petan has 13 points in 15 games and is the best player on the team. Just an assist machine

Not sure. It changed but he was by far the best d man. Crisp passes and very strong d play
