That should have been p.i. under the new rules, looks like the refs. might be expanding what they allow.

That doesn't matter under the current rules.

If a player isn't Canadian or didn't live in Canada for 5 years before turning 18 then the player is an international regardless of football trading.

Collins has talent but you can't have a guy doing glaring things like that which lose you games.
