That's a shitty call there ref, cop out ruling forward progress stopped. I mean, the guy is still moving and fighting. At least it didn't make the difference, BC gets the ball.

I hate that the command center can rule, effectively, that the Roughrider sneak play should have been whistled dead earlier than it was. That really feels like the prerogative of the onfield officials.
