Think of hot July days in Manitoba...without the humidity...or the wind...or the mosquitos. It's really quite ideal. The really hot days in Winnipeg don't occur all that often. To put things in persective, we only average 9-10 days per year over 30. Mosquitoes have not been an issue the last few years, nor should we expect it to be this year given what little precipitation we had over the fall and winter.
