I'm curious when I hear a player, usually a top-end player (the latest being Hughes from Jersey), vocalize his displeasure with the direction of the club he currently is employed with and how big picture is he looking, how is he taking other perspectives/viewpoints, other people's needs into consideration, how he is taking things that are out of the control of others etc? I am all for questioning decisions made or not made that doesn't seem to benefit the health of the organization you are employed with (sport or non sport) but I do have issues if one is only thinking of themselves when coming to that displeasure.
