If he can get them to top 2 in the East perhaps. I agree that he's played well and has the stats but its hard to see the MOP being from a team with a losing record. To be clear, I think you're right he is deserving.

Award is for outstanding play, not mvp. His team’s record shouldn’t matter. He’s the front runner right now imo.
