HardCoreBlue Posted Wednesday at 09:53 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 09:53 PM For some reason I thought Kupari was cleared to play thus making him a healthy scratch, no? Nice to see our full complement back with our forward lines. Need JM back sooner than later to make things more difficult on the Stars.
Goalie Posted Thursday at 12:32 AM Report Posted Thursday at 12:32 AM People angry at Bettman for weird reasons. He’s the guy that helped bring the nhl back. They wouldn’t have survived without a new arena and not a soul stepped up with the money to make it happen. Jets 1.0 were leaving with or without Bettman. They wouldn’t be back without him tho.
Rich Posted Thursday at 12:41 AM Report Posted Thursday at 12:41 AM The hate on Bettman is not unique to Winnipeg. Look how he gets boo’d when he steps up to talk at the draft every year. I like how he has embraced the role. And smiles when it happens. Kind of like a wrestling heel. Truth is he has done a lot to grow the game and revenue in his time as commish. Goalie 1

Same teams pretty much every year. Noeller and johnzo 2

Goalie Posted Thursday at 01:59 AM Report Posted Thursday at 01:59 AM MVP MVP MVP. Game lacks atmosphere early. Like yeah. After such an intense series this seems like pre season lol. Early tho. Refs keeping the whistles away early tho. Pretty blatant trip there.
Noeller Posted Thursday at 02:16 AM Report Posted Thursday at 02:16 AM Have family at the game in one of the suites and said it's absolute bedlam in the arena. Has never experienced anything like it. HardCoreBlue 1
HardCoreBlue Posted Thursday at 02:37 AM Report Posted Thursday at 02:37 AM (edited) Knowing it’s one period game 1 but so far totally different vibe than the Blues series. Blues hit everything in sight practically every game every shift. Hopefully 44 gets back soon hunch Stars may be better suited to his game. Edited Thursday at 02:37 AM by HardCoreBlue
FrostyWinnipeg Posted Thursday at 02:44 AM Author Report Posted Thursday at 02:44 AM Yeah, kinda meh but thats good I think.
Goalie Posted Thursday at 02:52 AM Report Posted Thursday at 02:52 AM (edited) It was even. Stars controlled the first 8 minutes. Jets the last 12. Announcers sure love Dallas. It isn’t surprising they love the big D tho is it. Edited Thursday at 02:53 AM by Goalie
iHeart Posted Thursday at 02:55 AM Report Posted Thursday at 02:55 AM WE ARE ON THE BOARD EL FRICKIN NINO
Goalie Posted Thursday at 02:57 AM Report Posted Thursday at 02:57 AM Stars are a team we match up well against. They ain’t hitters like the blues.
Goalie Posted Thursday at 03:06 AM Report Posted Thursday at 03:06 AM (edited) Avs killer Rantanen ties it up. is a North American born player gonna score today? Edited Thursday at 03:06 AM by Goalie
HardCoreBlue Posted Thursday at 03:19 AM Report Posted Thursday at 03:19 AM Rantannen one man wrecking crew so far. Sense our pk will be put to work soon.
Goalie Posted Thursday at 03:25 AM Report Posted Thursday at 03:25 AM Oh Christ. Boom. This game is crazy here. Need Josh back or Rantanen to get hurt.
BomberBall. Posted Thursday at 03:42 AM Report Posted Thursday at 03:42 AM Glad Scheifele got that late goal. Knew we would start getting screwed on the calls when we went up 3-0 on PPs. Soft call on Fleury, then the refs ignore a couple obvious penalties on the Stars. Why can’t officials just call the game in front of them? If the PPs end up 6-2, so be it. It’s ridiculous. Noeller Posted Thursday at 04:13 AM Report Posted Thursday at 04:13 AM Jets atrocious PP is going to be the story tonight... Embarrassingly bad captaincanuck12 1

Embarrassingly bad Difference in the game. Although, Dallas had the puck luck tonight. Really good effort tonight. Helle was solid. Jets deserved a better fate... regroup and win game 2. Need to win a game in Dallas now. AB BomberFan 1
iHeart Posted Thursday at 09:25 AM Report Posted Thursday at 09:25 AM not going to panic unless we're 0 and 2 in the series hopefully Josh will be ready sooner rather than later
Goalie Posted Thursday at 01:59 PM Report Posted Thursday at 01:59 PM (edited) Solid yet not that intense game. Rantanen is Dallas right now. We played well. Helle was old Helle. Oettinger played well also, made some big saves at the end. On to game 2, hopefully Josh is back soon cuz Rantanen is an elite player and Josh is an elite d man. When 1 guy goes beast mode and scores 6 goals in his last 2 games, what can you do. We don’t have a star like that. Edited Thursday at 02:00 PM by Goalie
HardCoreBlue Posted Thursday at 02:13 PM Report Posted Thursday at 02:13 PM Oettinger was dialed in last night. Many grade A type saves. Totally different vibe than the Blues series so far. I like Tanev's energy and intensity he brings but needs to be stronger on the puck imo. Goalie 1
