Game Time : Sunday 12PM

Game Story : If the Jets lose this game, Stuart and Scheiflie are gonna have to pick ME up at the bar and I don't care if they tell Maurice.

Shots on goal via period

11-4 In the 1st for Nashville

13-11 Jets in the 2nd

20-7 Nashville in the 3rd

Jets were dominated

defensive effort because they didn't allow a goal and killed the penalties.

Helle was very good.

42 shots against suggests the defensive effort wasn't very strong. Helle was tho.

Helle was great and our best PKer.
I wonder when Hutch sees a game. Is Maurice only going to play him on b2bs?

They have to keep out of the box though. Also have to shore up the PP. The 2nd PP unit didn't look too bad today.

Helle has started 11 of the last 13 games. Hutch probably won't play for a while

KConnor just over 3 minutes in game. Did not play final 27 minutes.

This is what happens when you are defending a lead and taking penalties.

That is debatable but management had the perfect opportunity to send him down when he was coming back off of injury and decided to sit Burmi and dress him. His D game was coming around before his injury. I think his development is better served getting 10-14 minutes a game with the Jets.

Unless you think Jets management is maliciously trying to hinder his development, then you'd be wrong.  At least in the context of the game conditions present yesterday.

I agree he should go down.  and maybe will when some guys come back from IR.

My bet is he stays up for at least this year.  This is the rumour teams offer NCAA players "off the books" for signing early out of college.

I also think he will stay up, they did this with Copp last year he should of been sent down last year as should Connor but he stayed up all year.

They also watched a not ready for prime time Nik Ehlers blossom into a bona fide NHL player by year's end last year after starting very slowly...
