Hellebuyck looks like he will start for 11th time in the past 13 games. Jusse Saros makes his 2nd start for Preds.

people keep telling me that even if they do bring him back he'll have to clear waivers again the only way he'll come back is if Hutch or Suck get hurt

I think he had two goals there. If you look at the replay the gloves behind the goal line and he makes the stop. I honestly think he was robbed of a goal there and he had a legitimate goal.

I am wrong I replayed it again and the puck wasn't in the glove it went off of his shoulder.

Funny how the refs missed high sticks on our guys twice.

Man,  that feels good.

This is just the kind of game the team needed. A really good defensive effort to show them that they can play a good sound defensive Style and kill some penalties and just as I'm saying this it goes up to 3 to nothing.

Hellebucyk needs to bottle his play today that was some nice tending, pk was a key in the game overall play was better win was very important.

I will give credit where credit is due. I am probably the hardest of anyone on Stafford but he played a pretty good game today. I really really like morrissey's game and trouba had a really strong game as well. Most veterans played very well.

Yeah forgot about Stafford, when the game slows down his game picks up, probably best Jet forward today don't know if that's good though, Laine got more shots to the net Buff needs continue playing with Morrissey.

Hellebuyck wad the only reason this game wasn't a blowout and the only reason the Jets won. 

Lol @ anyone who thinks Helle sucks. 915 save percentage... would be closer to 920 if not for his own players scoring 3 goals on him last game.  Meanwhile Pavelec is sporting a 899 save percentage in the AHL. 

 

Turns out that Helle needs to get shutouts for the team to win. 1-0 with 2 empty net goals. 

 

Good defensive effort? 42 save shutout? Yeah I don't see the good defensive effort. I see a goalie who stood on his head

 

Fun fact... the last 2 wins the jets have... both helle shutouts

I'm not sure that was a great defensive effort, as we gave up 42 shots, but they blocked a lot of shots and played a pretty physical game, so that's a good sign.

Helle was very solid and the main reason we held on for the W.
