Do we go 8-1 or 7-3-1?

I would think that Scheif, Wheeler and Little are locks to be protected and we have to protect Enstrom and Buff because of their NMCs.

Opinions will change as the year goes on and some players play better/worse and some might be traded but right now they would go 8-1.

MP? Lowry? Armia? Dano? Copp?

I say send them a draft pick so they take Copp. A 3rd rounder or so.

Well, he can still get a job with the Jets after his career.  As long as he's not 'anchoring' our 4th line anymore.

I've a feeling we have still traded someone. Maybe.

Thorbs is a UFA.  He was going somewhere else if anyone would sign him next year anyway.  No guarantee Vegas even signs him.

 

Don't forget Thorburn is UFA he can still resign with the Jets

No confirmation likely for a day or 2 put it appears that the Jets flipped 1st round picks with LV as well as a lower draft pick in the future to select Thorburn and leave the Jets 2017-18 roster intact.
