I guess I feel ok knowing that it wasn’t the bombers who developed dru brown, it was Zach so I think if you have the guy, who wants to learn and is willing to put in the work, maybe he can do it again. Thorne might be that guy. He’s young and he wanted to come up here. Oh he just retired cuz he got drafted to Iran. Well. He didn’t. But just saying. He wanted to come here so that probably matters a bit. I think it does. He wanted to come here and Canadian QB Elgersma don’t right now. That’s just yup.

Most nfl teams don’t have a quality number 2 guy right now so next to impossible? No but just about. Gotta find a kid who truly wants it. A guy who wants to take over from Zach. To me this would be Elgersmas best shot to come up and sign now but he’s unproven also but… if you can get him signed, you do it. I’m not signing any of the below average vets.

Are we sleeping on Peyton Thorne a bit? Sounds like he wanted to come up to play because of talking to Kent Austin. I’m just saying, that’s an interesting intangible. He’s a young guy also so maybe there’s something there. Not saying he’s gonna be a star or stud out of camp just sounds like he’s coming here cuz he truly wants it and in my opinion, that’s a good sign. Should learn lots as Zach is apparently a solid mentor. I’m also not sure ncaa success or lack of matters when it comes to the cfl. I think a guy needs to want it and yeah sounds like that kid does. It’s about learning the nuances and quirks. If a guy can pick those up and get solid vet mentoring, who knows there.

I think that they could sneak in and get wooped by colorabi round 1 but at this point and looking at schedule after rangers game, lots of in division but also good teams. We struggle against good teams. Tough schedule. Hopefully finish bottom 10 and win a top 3 pick. All 3 of stenburg McKenna and verhoff would help eventually.

Masoli looked cooked 2 years ago. Dude was deep fried last season. No interest there. Better sign a vet crappy old backup cuz a dude mainly on the pr last year retired. Why. Now is time to start developing our future QB and we can develop another for another team. Ppl go on about there are no future QBs, and that’s cuz teams bring in washed up vets to take spots of guys who could have potential to be more than just a washed up vet. Damn near tripled in shots. We are quicker but couple guys noticeably slower are Toews and Nyquist and Arniel plays them way 2 much. Also Iafallo in the top 6 is ridiculous. Lowry 2 center is ridiculous. Rosen looks good but he is too fast for his line mates. Honestly. Just poor roster management by Arniel. Lambert on the 4th. Rosen has 25 goals for the ahl team. 3 goals 4 assists in 10 games for buffalo in November. 22 year old with serious skills. I’m shocked they got him. Bryson is a depth d. Small depth D and UFA. Could be flipped but prob won’t be as he’s 5 foot 9. Rosen is similar to an Ehlers mould. Skill and speed. Obviously Stanley got Rosen and the 2nd. Schenn prob got the 4th and Bryson. Buffalo fans not thrilled moving Rosen. I think you put Perfetti and Rosen together on line 2. Get them a young center (maybe Yager or see if Chevy does anything else ) and it’s a solid line 2.

I saw a photo of Rachel Homan smiling and I was like oh she’s pretty. Yup. Go Canada Go but just feels like one of those better team loses game. And Canada is kind of , not kind of, they are dominating.

Terrible. The second the USA pulled the goalie Canada just went into this shell that was just here score on us type strategy. I’m not sure they touched the puck much after they pulled the goalie when 1 shot wins the gold. Where’s the aggression and just going hard to win and not protect a 1 goal lead.
