You always strive for better...if there's better on your roster you play them...That's how championship teams are built...Reverting to the lowest common denominator is a way to remain a loser...Doug Brown said it best....If you aren't changing...you're not improving...something to that effect..Anyway, Frederick has earned a spot with his stellar play...I don't know how you sit him...You play your best....As for Adams, he may still be feeling the effects of that bad injury...If and when he has totally recovered he'll be given a chance to regain his position.

Still gives me thrill watching that ol vid. of Leo...Carrying the ball out there like a loaf of bread (huge hands) and destroying the opposition...Lewis and Grant's Bombers deserved every Cup and accolades they received in those old glory days...The complete player.

....From what I saw of Heath yesterday...he's a baller....Very nice addition and will most likely be on this club for a quite awhile..Johnson could be the odd man out.

JFG to the rescue.....Don't know what it is about this guy but every time O'Shea needs a clutch play...there he is...Maybe the opposition just forgets about him....I know we do until it's absolutely necessary...He gets the honourable mention .....First star has to go to Dress....Second Frederick....third the rest of the D too many great individual efforts to start numbering them, so they all get the honker.

Joe Smith?....you mean pic-a-pop Joe....He would stay after games and go around gathering up pop cans,,,True story...He was one of the first really eco friendly guys I've seen in the CFL and was a pretty good back to boot...Seemed to lose all interest in football for some reason and went gardening...Funny fellow.
