When you think he is gonna almost kind of be an afterthought somewhat, and yes, having more space to do things than last year, with that valuable year of experience as the guy now....he gonna be a load to contain, and we just seen the tip of what he is capable of, as he just got better, and better as the season progressed...And from all accounts...he's putting in the work at a beastmode level this offseason too

We didn't win the cup in 19 on the shoulders of Lapo...sorry but we won despite his work as an O.C Great guy...good coach...but not sure how/why he got the accolades he did...case in point 2021 and 2022 without him...can you say Lapo who? I sure can

yeah...but thats not the norm....he was an anomoly....that being said....it left us a bit lean in skill position guys on the roster too tho.....which in my opinion in grand scheme is more important...when Med's was here for most part..we weren't as strong and deep across the board, and really...REALLY relied on him for a lot of wins, and left us with a less than stellar back-up on the roster to accomodate....we dont have that dire need now, so if we can fill it with Leggz again...or a Global...it makes us better...deeper

and to do that we have to have people stop crapping on leggs....and let him grow this yr...and if he doesnt then cut bait...cause if we burn a DI spot on a kicker...especially one who doesnt do all 3 jobs....thats a waste of a DI in my opinion...I guess a Global could do it and save that valuable DI spot

he has that powerful low center of gravity...flows really good to the ball and closes quick....look forward to seeing what he has...and if anything...could be a ST demon for this yr, and a true MLB backup on the roster

I all for Leggz having competition..but if they are all similar...or even if one the guys is a shave better at FG's...then our best route is still having Leggz take up the role doing all 3 jobs...freeing up that all important DI spot. He will get better...won't get worse...and we still got to a grey cup with him...with a banged up roster all yr...if he is still showing some signs of inconsistent play mid season...then you try a change...but he has shown he can be a top punter...can hit 50 yard field goals and has a leg to pin teams deep on kickoffs...last part of season we were doing some weird things on kickoffs and to me looked like they were trying to have him put it down shorter...now was that a coverage deficiency they were trying to amend? Dunno but he can put it between the 15 and goaline...so leg strength isn't an issue

I don't think he is either...he is not a good reciever...he may develop into one but needs a lot of work ..he hasn't really progressed much in yr 2

but it counts against cap, and toward other bonus signings....and affects other guys getting on a roster

actually...when u see here...bc...Ott...Mtl...even in T.O there are a lot of young people in the crowds...this mantra that the fan base is dying off is a bit over blown...the CFL just needs to get with the times and become accesible, and more relevant on the new age of social media...marketing..etc...etc, and yes....broadcast the full draft...combines...create a weekly show ...focusing on league highlights the week before, then doing player profiles...personal interest stories with players..fans...etc....thats where they are missing the boat

saved me some time posting the "other" things...or things not factored in...well done we have BOLO who is similar...and has more upside as he is an actual polished receiver with prob some the best hands on the team...noit his fault he has 5 studs in front of him....way more upside there...and WOLI is clutch...makes the grimy tough plays....and also is key in the run game...and doesnt mug for the camera like a assbag like KSB has become accustomed to in that culture there...so no...he wouldn't crack our starting 6 receivers...For what Woli brings to the table you gonna sit him, or Demski for KSB?...Or flip your ratio and supplant Lawler..Schoen or Bailey for him?....highly unlikely

who had a bigger effect on a game tho?...Demski...Gittens...Or KSB?....not KSB....Which player had trash all around him and had more of a focus on him to make a play...certainly KSB.....scouting report on KSB all along with people who know things is lacks true WR polish and route running ability...and why you think he didn't even get a sniff of even TC fodder for NFL...even tho he has the body type NFL teams gravitate to?...cause he is a butt horrible receiver ...sure he can do some things with ball in his hands...but he never gonna be a top 5-10 in the CFL...Nor a guy teams are gonna game plan and focus on in stopping...and that based on if he were RIDER...Bomber....Cat...whatever...maybe if he works and refines his game. Also there is talk he has a hard time grasping a professional play-book....hence why he did limited routes in Sask, and was basically a hitch screen guy, and a curl or short out guy...If you didn't notice the last 2 yrs he rarely is out on actual routes that develop, then not sure what you been watching...there was a reason for it, and wasnt a game plan to focus on others...it's cause he isn't capable to do it right now

I dunno....horrible route runner...and not polished as a true receiver...and many here have cut up and spit out less than stellar blue and gold players any player can show a play here and there with some potential and ability...now can they sustain it, and build on it?..thats the true question....he hasnt done anything since his arrival to show more...and actually almost platued....was it from this injury?...maybe...maybe not....but it isnt an injury that would cause his hands to be average at best, nor his basic knowledge of route trees and how to navigate them...also...is it because he was in a lousy system, with a poor QB and horrid O-line...who knows....but there are many other Canadian receivers I would want or take before him...injury or no injury

any tweeks will be to the ratio...not the rules.....the 3 downs....size of field and the wide open ST aspect...will never go away...

Yeah we may be a second tier to NFL for sure....Already are and thats fine...no league is ever gonna be a tier above We went all Canadian tho....we become a second tier league to pretty much every div 1 school in the U.S....and many Div 2's

that is a bit of a stretch....maybe one of the CFL's more over rated/hyped be more fitting

certainly would....as it wouldnt be an all american...it would be a league with best players playing...and prob have a caveat that each team needed x amount of canadians on it...but not neccessarily as starters...the best Canadians would still play...or get the chance to play pro....it's just the slugs...and there are many ...that would lose jobs, and are only on a roster due to the ratiowhich brings down the quality of the game...and in eyes of many really good American players who balked at coming up here, as basically if they didnt beat out an established vet....would be cut for an inferior player...so why even waste the time....and believe me...it happens way too many times...this league missed out on superstar after superstar...or shall I say would have became one...just because of the ratio....U could have had a game breaking receiver say for example...who could help you out in a big way...but we get the Petermans and the Matt Dubucs of the world who basically take up a spot...take minimal reps if any...most times don't even become the starter when a starter goes down....and if they do....they are well below average for a pro...Just cause they Canadian...slice and dice it any way you want....but the ratio allows for a subpar product...yet we are forced to pay premium price to watch it....does that make sense to the intelligent person?...I think not
