Looking at the scraps left we dont have a lot of real options in FA to make us better....If it was me I'd target Couture to get Kolo off the roster....I'd also sign Oakman to work the middle with Woods and Adams and I sure Younger could do some funky stuff with him....WJ....Vaughters I'd bring in Adeleke and let him and Kelly battle for the safety spot...the best gets it the other is solid depth and great on teams....Id make a play for Albright who was in Sask and let him battle with Person for the rotating end...and the bestgets it..the other stays on as depth if doable....or on the PR to be groomed I'd also bring BOLO back as the 1-2 punch with Clercius ....and then trust in scouting to round things out in TC....A true TC where jobs are to be won

G.M's run the team and the sms...Sure a coach will say what he would like...etc....but the finality is always on the G.M...Any other way and you get severe dysfunction and tire fires A good players coach...and no dispute in Osh being exactly that and a great mentor as a person and pro.... They would want to male that call as they would have more connection and interaction with said player(s) yup he is a good coach...better yet a real leader of men for sure...but he has a few almost fatal flaws...can he over come them? You obviously dont know the structure and how the dynamics work...certainly they work together but a G.M will always overule and have final say on the overall picture...or should.....and a Prez will for most part run things in the back ground and let his leaders lead...until things go batshit crazy off the rails due to supreme incompatence correct GM's knew the increase back in December... as for the roster..who and why played...the roster is totally on the HC game in and game out...he decides who plays...and playing less than the best players...or injured ones falls directly onhim The 2 inferior DT's we rolled out adnauseum took reps away from better guys on the roster...or relagated them to the PR Walters also brought in linebacker talent...and the HC cut them, or didnt feel the need to have one...2 on the PR to develop and or be there as depth...Our PR in general the last 3 yrs has been horrid...again...thats on the coach...The G.M may ask a few questions and maybe be displeased but in a well functioning team he will not step in and over ride the HC's roster decisions....tho at time he should have...but thats a slippery slope

If Bourgoin was a real long shot then Hogan was an even longer shot....and save for BO's praise I have never heard his name really talked about in any regard to become a pro OC...Good guy and all....but not a guy on anyones radar yeah he a solid coach....but the is is just an extension of staus quo and trying to leep constant things from the past...like player issues...even if it isnt the best choice...and really...Typical Oshea I hope he does well....Is he the best guy on the staff for the job...nope.....prob the 3rd best now that JJ is here....Hopefully he takes a lot of what JJ has done in EDM as part of is template and utilizes it last yr

WJ is only 240 something....and a smalller fast guy with explosiveness off the edge up here...yard off the ball can and will get under Tackles in a blink and cause all kinds of issues and create a lot of spread on the Oline When Phillip Hunt was up here he played in and around a shade over/under 240....I sure you all remember his play I mentioned before at some camps I was working at that Person's was a legit NFL pass rush specialist and highly touted....but they wanted him to bulk up...and hedidt want to...he will be perfect for up here...He should have been inserted into the last few reg season h=games here last yr....but Osh was too busy Oshin with his dead weight

Baffling choice...and to me it reeks of a typical Osh awarding/gifting a role to a fav....he wasn't even the best qualified on our staff....and def isnt better than jackson. We could have had any QB in his prime last yr...and Osh wouldnt have ut him in...so it wouldnt have mattered anyway...as it was we may as well not even had 3 qbs dressed nope...Osh would not have let him try...He to this day clings to the fact he made the right call amd would do it the exact ame way...he'sclueless in some areas

same question on how is the dline better?....we subtracted 3 guys who played (FOX/Garbutt/Haba) added an over 31 guy to replace...and re-upped Jake...who will not be the jake of 2024....hahaha....so i see no upgrade there Canadian kid who used to play for Argo's??..Maybe we gonna go Canadian at safety and looking for bodies....I'd be fine with that..I'd say Kelly has to be the front runner minimize the need for all but 1 Canadian DT ...
